Southern Leyte Electric Cooperative (SOLECO) is a NON-PROFIT, NON-STOCK Electric Distribution Utility. The coop is serving the beautiful province of Southern Leyte since August 27, 1971. In 2021 SOLECO will celebrate 50 years of dedicated service to its beloved Member-consumer-owners.
